• send an official order by post or fax - see Contact us. Please state clearly which software you would like on approval.

We’ll send the software with an ‘estimate’ invoice. If you decide to keep it, we'll send a firm invoice. If you return part of your order, we'll send an amended invoice, and if you return all packs we'll cancel the estimate.

Private Customers

Approval packs are not available to home buyers anywhere, or to overseas customers unless BFPO.

Firm orders returned undamaged and unopened within 7 days will be given a full refund.
