Our main distributor/fulfilment company REM (www.r-e-m.co.uk) will send the software with a VAT-inclusive invoice. If you decide to keep all of the software, REM will send a firm invoice. If you return part of your order, REM will send an amended invoice. If you return all the packs REM will cancel the invoice. Terms and Conditions apply.

Private Customers
Approval packs are not available to home buyers anywhere, or to overseas customers.
Firm orders returned undamaged and unopened within 7 days will be given a full refund.
